The State Bar of California e-briefs 2010 FEES --- March 1 is the deadline to pay annual State Bar dues. Fee statements were mailed January 26. Contact the Member Services Center, 1-888-800-3400 or msc@calbar.ca.gov for questions or more information.   REQUIRED e-MAIL ADDRESS --- All California attorneys must provide an e-mail address to the State Bar under a new rule of court approved by the Supreme Court.   GOING DIGITAL --- Beginning March 1, the California Bar Journal will cease publication in paper format and be replaced by an electronic version.   PUBLIC HEARING --- The public is invited to speak at a March 11 hearing in Los Angeles on proposed changes to the rules which govern all lawyers in the state.   CRLA --- The State Bar of is seeking applications from attorneys interested in serving on the board of directors of California Rural Legal Assistance (CRLA).
