SBC JUDGES SOUGHT --- The State Bar Court is accepting applications for the positions of one review judge and one hearing judge. Deadline is June 13.

TIME TO VOTE --- Attorneys eligible to vote in the election for members of the State Bar Board of Governors and the California Young Lawyers Association must cast their ballots by June 30.

CONTRIBUTION OPPORTUNITY --- Contributing year-round to entities not funded by State Bar fees (such as the Justice Gap Fund and the California Bar Foundation) is now possible on the bar's Web site.

JUNE PUBLIC COMMENT --- Several proposed revisions to rules affecting the practice law have June deadlines.

CALBAR CONNECT --- A new members-only Web site, CalBar Connect, links attorneys to affinity partners who are offering value-added products to California lawyers.

MEETING IN MONTEREY --- The State Bar's 2008 Annual Meeting will be held September 25-28 in Monterey.
