Dear Friends and colleagues:

After 16 1/2 years great years with Farmers Insurance Company, I found it was time for a change. As many of you are now aware, I am launching into the world of Alternative Dispute Resolution.  I will be making myself available as a neutral through iMediate Dispute Resolution Services, LLC.; Redlands Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc.; Desert ADR. I will continue to participate on the judicial arbitration panel for both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. I was invited to participate in the Monday Morning Settlement Program in Riverside and will be volunteering my time there as needed.

My 28 years of civil litigation experience affords me great insight into the legal and human intricacies impacting litigation of civil claims. Those of you with whom I have had the pleasure of working know I am resolution oriented.  I am a true believer in the benefits of Alternative Dispute Resolution and I look forward to serving the needs of the Inland Empire community in this capacity.

Sincerely,

M. Wayne Tucker
Attorney at Law
