Non-compliance will result in a $75 penalty. e-MAIL DEADLINE --- All California attorneys must provide an e-mail address to the State Bar beginning Feb. 1 under a new rule of court approved by the Supreme Court. 2010 FEES --- Mailing of the 2010 State Bar membership fee statements has been delayed and the Feb. 1 payment deadline will be postponed accordingly. STEPPING DOWN --- Judy Johnson, the longest-serving executive director in State Bar history, has announced that she plans to resign next year.
