It is with great sadness that we report the passing of two of our most esteemed members: Robert V. Fullerton on June 17, 2009, and D. Elliott Whitlock on June 19, 2009.
Both gentlemen were recipients of the Bar Association's John B. Surr Award. Mr. Whitlock served as Bar President in 1972-73.
