NOTICE
Effective April 23, 2007

The clerk's office within the Riverside Historic Courthouse located at 4050 Main Street Riverside, California will be open to the Public, Attorneys and Attorney Services effective Monday April 23, 2007.

As result of the above, the clerk's office located at 3737 Main Street Riverside, California, in the California Tower, will be closed for all purposes.

If additional information or assistance is needed please contact the Riverside Civil/Probate Department at (951) 955-4600.

CIVIL PLEADING AND DISCOVERY MOTIONS
IN THE RIVERSIDE COURT HOUSE
To assist our civil judges with their double workloads, certain law and motion matters will be heard at 8:30 a.m. in Department 11 beginning on April 16, 2007.

These will generally be pleading and discovery motions and the parties will receive prior notice. Thank you for your cooperation as we try to address the increased burdens on our civil bench officers.
