On Thursday, December 15, 2005 California State Bar President James Heiting addresses the "State of the State Bar" at the annual joint meeting of the Inland Empire's Riverside and San Bernardino County Bar Associations. Jim is a member of both associations and a former president of the Riverside County Bar.
The meeting was held at noon at the Mission Inn in Riverside.
