We note with sorrow the passing of our esteemed colleague,

Esther Zimmerman

on April 2, 2004, while on a cruise to Peru.

Esther served this legal community as lead Judicial Staff Council (legal research attorney) for the San Bernardino County Courts and as President of the San Bernardino County Bar Association.

Esther and husband Judge Dennis Zimmerman (ret.) moved to Prescott, Arizona last October.

Dennis informs us that a memorial service will be held in Redlands at a time and place to be announced.
